Dear valued customer,
We’re sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make things right. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- Return/Exchange Period: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Processing Time: Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to process your request.
- Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the perfume remaining. A small fee will apply if the product has been used up to 10%. For usage exceeding 10%, the product is unfortunately not eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
- Exchange Delivery Charges: Customers are responsible for any delivery charges associated with exchanging products.
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Eligible Products: Returns and exchanges are only applicable to 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
- Non-Eligible Items: Returns and exchanges for 5ml spray testers are not accommodated.
- Exchange Policy for Orders Over Rs. 5,000: For orders over Rs.5,000, we offer an exchange option only, as these orders are not eligible for a refund.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Initiating a Return:

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
